It is sometimes hard to contact an effective Veteran's Representative.

I am also a recent Army DAV, and found it hard in finding my way around for guidance during my medical retirement from the Army as (only) a Line of Duty disabled Soldier.

In an age of self service it is often difficult in finding direction for our needs.

I would like to offer any of those with questions as veterans some direction by assisting them by using my own experiences, and contacts with veteran organizations and people.

I also am an accredited “volunteer” Chaplain and have been encouraged to render assistance to veterans by an Army Chaplain (Col.) who has attempted in assisting me with my civilian volunteer ministry outreach to veterans and soldiers.

If you are interested in personal assistance please e-mail me at: Chaplain@LightshipMinistries.Org or visit my webpage at http://LightshipMinistries.Org using my contact notification.

Respectfully Submitted,  Roland Dell  USA (Ret.)
