What is my Community "Profile"
and how do I manage it? |

Your profile section within the AW2 Community
contains all of your settings You can customize these settings to personalize your Community experience. You can include information
about yourself that you want others to see and you can customize your private settings. To access your settings from anywhere within the
community, click on your name at the top right of the page:
Clicking your name opens up your profile:
One of the most important settings is your private email setting. By default, Community lists your email
as "UserName@localhost.com". You must update this to the email address you signed up with in order to get
emails notifications from items you have subscribed to:

What are Avatars and how do
I use them? |

Avatars are
small personal pictures that you associate with your account and apply to all of
your posts. To upload an Avatar and control how it is applied, access your profile
and click the Avatars tab:

Can I have my own Blog in
the AW2 Community? |
|

Yes. All AW2
Portal participants have their own personal Blog within the AW2 Community. To access
your Blog, click the "Blogs" tab. Locate your Blog in the list and click the link.
This will open your Blog in a new page:
Then, locate the Tasks menu on the
right side of the page. In the Common Tasks section, select "Write a Blog Post":
This will open a familiar Word-like editor
for creating your new blog post. There are many publishing options you can apply to your post:

What are AW2 Forums and how
can I use them? |

AW2 Formus
are discussion boards where you can post new topics and reply to topic threads started
by others. Your personal avatar can be applied to all of your posts. Within the
AW2 Community, click on the Forums tab. Then, click on any Forums category to view
the Forum posts. You can click the "Write a New Post" button on any Forums page
to create a new post:

What are Forums Subscriptions and how do I use them? |

You can "Subscribe" to AW2 forums to receive email notifications when items you have subscibed to
have been updated. This also applies to all other Community content, such as Blogs, Photos, and Downloads. From any Forums page, click the "Forum Subscriptions"
link in the Shortcuts menu. You will see a list of available forums where you can check the
box to subscribe. You can also subscribe to individual Forum posts:

Can I have my own Photo Album? |

Yes, every AW2 Portal participant has their own Photo album in the AW2 Community.
On any Community page, click the Photos tab. Here you can scroll down the list to locate your personal photo album. Click
your album name to open your new Photo album:

How do I put pictures in my Photo Album? |

You can start adding pictures to your album by selecting the "add picture"
link from the Common Tasks menu on the right side of you personal Photo Album page:

What are AW2 DownLoads and how do I use them? |
|
A
|
AW2 DownLoads are content folders containing files provided by the AW2 Program office. These can be documents,
audio files, video files, or news articles. To access the DownLoads, click the DownLoads tab on any Community page. You will see a list of folders
on the left. Clicking on any folder will show the contents in the main window. Then you can click the DownLoad button on an file to save a copy on
your computer:
